The location is perfect, at the edge of a small village in central Istria, offering peace and quit, but still close to all tourist centers like Poreč, Pula, or Rovinj.

The open plan interior has a warm and serene ambiance with large glass windows and doors allowing sun rays to shine in.

On one side of the living, you will find the dining and living area with doors opening up to a pool terrace and on the other side, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Mariva welcomes you in its lovely green garden with a private swimming pool where you can catch a nice tan, lounge on one of the sunbeds, or read a book in the shade of the blue parasols. 

There is also a covered terrace with a dining table and a modern BBQ.

Villa has 3 modern bedrooms with double beds, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy far from the crowds, this is it. In the heart of Istria not too far from top-quality restaurants, is this villa. Nicely newly furbished with everything you need. Courtyard is well maintained (fenced which is great if you have dogs), plenty of shade in the afternoon, right-sized pool for swimming (clean water not too cold so you can chill in hot days), BBQ is also there for you if you like to eat meat (like us). Each bedroom good sized with its own bathroom, while the living space/kitchen is just great. Plenty of glass doors so there is abundance of natural light. Only advice that we have for the owner is to add a few anatomic pillows and "tighten or oil" the screws on the bed (room closest to the pool) because it squeaks. Other than that, everything was great. In the proximity you only have three more villas, but the greenery keeps it nicely separated so you still have your privacy. P.s. the best restaurant in only 6min away by car (Konoba Doma). Been there twice during our 4 nights stay.
