TRAVEL ISTRIA is a modern tourist agency based in Pula, Sv.Teodora 2, specializing in
booking holiday homes and villas with the swimming pool.
Owner and founder Kristina Peršić, after years-long experience in providing accommodation services in her own
apartments, decided to offer a different model of agency services from the one she
used to deal with on a daily basis. Different needs of renters and personal preferences of guests require a special
and personal approach to both. Therefore, we base our business idea on an individual
approach tailored to the needs of every renter and every guest, at the
best price.

Instructions and terms of use
Booking a villa with TRAVEL ISTRIA is easy. Just pick your favorite villa or holiday
home and select the available dates of your arrival and departure on the booking calendar, followed by the
number of guests and children in your company, and click „Book now”. This way you will make your reservation
which will be confirmed by the returning email from TRAVEL ISTRIA. Then you can proceed and choose the payment
method and enter your personal contact information which will be secured and protected at all times. If you have
any further questions, requests, needs or wishes, just add a message or send us an email and we will gladly

Payment method
After selecting your villa, an advance payment in the amount of 30% is required, after
which the reservation is confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining amount of 70% need to be paid at least 30 days before arrival. For the remaining amount of 70% you can
choose the method of payment: bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. The paid amount of 70% becomes non-refundable 30
days before the booked arrival.
TRAVEL ISTRIA recommend arranging a travel insurance policy in case of a trip cancellation.
After the completion of the reservation and payment, TRAVEL ISTRIA shall send a written
confirmation by email, which contains all the necessary information about the accommodation. The permitted
payment methods for the advance payment are credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. In case of traveling with
your pet, make sure to book a pet-friendly villa, which is marked on the page under the other information of the
villa. Any additional cost compensation for the cleaning regarding the pets is clearly mentioned on the web
page. The Guest will leave a deposit in cash on the arrival to the villa for the insurance of the possible
caused damages. If no damage is caused to the villa, the deposit shall be returned in full on the day of the
departure. TRAVEL ISTRIA takes personal data entry and credit card data security very seriously. For that
reason, we use WSPay™ system for on-line credit card authorization complying with the requirements of credit
card companies, credit card brands and PCI DSS standards. For all the details regarding the reservation and the

Cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel your payment, it is necessary to contact us in written form
on info@travelistria.com to explain the reasons for the cancellation.
