The property provides a panoramic sea view and is set within a 1000 sqm fenced plot that boasts a well-maintained lawn and beautiful olive trees. Outdoor features include a covered terrace for alfresco dining, a barbecue, a 32 sqm swimming pool, a hot tub, and parking for two cars.

The villa can accommodate 6-8 guests and offers 164 sqm of air-conditioned living space across two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with satellite TV and access to the terrace, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, an air-conditioned bedroom with bathroom and separate beds. The ground floor also offers an additional toilet. The first floor contains air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, terrace with panoramic seaview and an extra room with a one-person's bed. The other bedroom on the first floor also has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and additional auxiliary bed.

Youth groups under age 26 allowed only with prior arrangement with the agency.
