The Villa Zuccon estate is truely remarkable; a large plot set on the beachfront surrounded with olive trees and vineyards provides so much more than you can imagine. Newly-built but still following the local tradition, Villa Mare can accommodate up to 14 people. It has 6 comfortable bedrooms with the view on the sea and lush greenery and 5 modern bathrooms. The large kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern appliances and ready for any kind of culinary pleasure. The spacious living room is designed for total relaxation. The villa offers free Wi-Fi, it is fully air-conditioned, but also offers central heating making it perfect for staying in all seasons.
The outdoor dining area is settled under the covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals dining al fresco and watching the sea. The outside barbecue is perfect for cheerful parties in good company. The large swimming pool, a small waterslide and the comfortable lounges so close by the sea are ideal for the perfect summer days. The charming enclosed garden with Mediterranean herbs, olive trees, and the vineyard will completely relax you. If you are up for some fun, the villa offers a nice playground which will surely amuse not just the kids, but also the ones young in the heart. The villa's position will ensure your privacy and peaceful vacation interrupted only by the sound of waves and birdsong. The large parking can accommodate up to 5 cars.
The best feature is your own private beach in front of the villa. Just imagine walking straight down into the sea every morning or sitting on a bench listening nothing but the sea of the calm Pomer bay and watching the stars. The villa also offers a paddle boat and kayaks with which you can explore every hidden beach in the area.

Beach Bijeca, Medulin
The most famous beach in Medulin is over 1 km long sandy delight with the very mild and gradual entrance. The shallow Bijeca bay with its warm gentle sand is perfect for all kinds of summer fun and all ages. Restaurants and bars are dotted all along the beach, offering fresh food and drinks through the whole day, together with countless summer fun with the offered jet ski, canoes, pedal boats, parasailing, diving schools, floating aqua park and many more. For a relaxing day under the sun choose one of the comfy sun lounges and a parasol.

Beach Alba Chiara, Medulin
The Alba Chiara is a pebbly beach, located close to the Bijeca beach. Its clear waters under the vast blue sky are luring to the real summer fun. Beach Rt Kamenjak
The glorious and worldly famous Rt Kamenjak (Cape Kamenjak) is a protected landscape of immense beauty. 10 km long peninsula takes pride of hundreds of botanical species among with abundant animal life. Cape Kamenjak is also well-known for the real dinosaur tracks which may be seen following the Dinosaur educational path but also on the nearby islet of Fenoliga along with several ecology centers, an Istrian ox farm, and many other attractions. The spectacular views are intertwined with fabulous colours of nature, the lush greenery, unique flowers, and breathtaking sunsets. Cape Kamenjak is also the home of the irresistible Mediterranean monk seal. Its coast is a wonderful string of amazing beaches and hidden pristine coves kissing the crystal clear sea which enchants with its submarine life.
As a protected landscape, the beaches of Cape Kamenjak are considered wild beaches which are not lifeguarded and do not provide showers or changing cabins. However, it offers several beach bars, like the most famous Safari bar, with always fresh local cuisine and a variety of drinks. Several sports centers are providing everything to actively enjoy in this piece of paradise through cycling, kayaking, windsurfing, paddle boarding and diving.
The Cape Kamenjak protected landscape has an entrance fee for motor vehicles to preserve the area.

Haus, Garten und Pool perfekt. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Besitzer, der gleich im angeschlossenen Gebäude wohnt. Sehr ruhig, gutes Restaurant in Gehweite, Supermarkt ebenfalls. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Grundstück hat zwar einen Zugang zur Bucht, aber baden kann man nicht, das Wasser ist seicht und voll mit Seegras. Tretbootfahren und Standup Paddeln oder Kajakfahren geht gut.
