The ground floor includes a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two single beds, alongside two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and another with a shower. On the first floor is a second living area with a pool table, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom equipped with a hot tub. 

Outside the villa offers a beautiful garden with a well-kept lawn spanning approximately 1335 sqm, a 50 sqm outdoor swimming pool and sunloungers, a spacious covered terrace with seating area and a summer kitchen with a gas barbecue. Enclosed parking is available for 3 cars.
