Villa Staza Valova is located near Crikvenica in Kvarner Bay, only 200 meters from the beach and within 2 km of amenities such as restaurants, cafes, and stores. The villa offers a luxury accommodation option suitable for families and friends. It is situated about 15 minutes from Crikvenica, where you and your family can spend an entertaining day visiting adrenaline park or enjoy the breathtaking sea view from the Ferris wheel.

The villa offers panoramic sea views, a gym and table tennis for those who want to remain in shape on holidays, and PS4 game console, and Netflix for entertainment. Outdoors, the villa includes a heated 60 sqm private pool (heating included in price), a covered terrace with a lounge set and BBQ, sun loungers around the pool, beautiful lawn and an olive grove behind the house. Additionally, there is a private garage for two cars and further parking space for three cars.

On the ground floor is a living room with a large comfortable couch and TV, alongside an elegant kitchen with a dining table for up to eight guests. There is also a double bedroom with a TV and an en-suite bathroom on this floor. The first floor contains three more double bedrooms, each with its own TV and bathroom. The sea-facing rooms provide panoramic views, and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
