Located in a quiet area in Central Istria, this villa offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is surrounded with green hills and forests and is an ideal choice for a relaxing and peaceful vacation in Istria. The holiday home is situated on well maintained and enclosed property of 2000 sqm. The 40m2 heated pool calls for you as soon as you enter the property. There are two covered terraces with table and chairs, ideal for a short break after daily activities. One of them has a big barbecue where you can prepare a delicious meal. Additionally you will simply be amazed by the cellar with billiard table and soccer table. There are 4 bikes at your disposal free of charge.

On the property you will find three parking spaces.

On the ground floor of this air-conditioned and floor heated 280 sqm villa is a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table for eight people, sitting area with two sleeping possibilities, one double bedroom with private bathroom, a separate toilet and,  if you are in need of some relaxation, a room with a hydromassage tub that can be opened from two sides through glass walls. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and a terrace with panoramic view.

NOTE: The  pool heating is possible with surcharge of 30,- € per day to be paid on the spot.
